Summer

Can you imagine? You've been cooped up in your home all winter, shivering in the cold. If you leave, you have to creep along because of the snow and ice. Finally, summer is here. You take off in your top-down convertible with the breeze in your hair, The Beach Boys 'I Get Around' on the radio, and freedom in your heart and you hit road construction.

A highway runs thru it

It would be nice if there were never any problems. I was going to say once you die, you have no more problems, but I remembered, sometimes they want to put a highway thru a graveyard and they want to move your body and you know how hard it is to have to suddenly move. I've decided to have myself buried in two places. That way if anyone wants to move me, I have some place to go.

sleep

Do you know what I do when I can't fall to sleep. I tell myself a story. In my head. The neat thing about telling my own story is I don't have to worry about critics, holes in the plot or problems with the storyline. The best thing is, I usually fall asleep before the first scene is finished. Happy dreams.

Smelly Words

I was thinking about words. How a lot of words have the same basic meaning but have a different feel attached. Like odor and aroma. They are both something the nose reacts to. But aroma says fresh bread baking. Odor says something died in the bathroom.
