I heard it a long time ago and I heard it again recently. I heard someone say, Kentucky Fried Chicken changed their name to KFC because the chicken they serve isn't chicken anymore. Come on! Do people really believe that KFC glued plastic meat to wooden drumsticks and called it chicken? I can understand the rumor if KFC served meat patties. Who knows what is in patties. The reason, I'm guessing, Kentucky Fried Chicken became KFC is because the public was maneuvered into turning against fried stuff. Fried was no longer finger licking good. Glad I got that off my chest. Here's to good eating.
